Обзор смартфона Honor 5X | Введение

Несколько лет назад (в конце 2013 года) руководство компании Huawei решило использовать бренд Honor как самостоятельную торговую марку, поэтому ни на упаковке смартфона, ни на его корпусе вы не найдете даже упоминания об этом производителе из Поднебесной. Возможно, это было сделано для того, чтобы пользователи постепенно забывали о "прародине" бренда, а возможно и по каким-то другим причинам, однако факт остается фактом – за эти несколько лет изделия под маркой Honor стремительно набирали популярность. Сейчас их можно встретить во многих странах, причем пользуются спросом не только бюджетные решения, но и топовые образцы, стоимость которых сравнима с изделиями именитых изготовителей.

Впрочем, на сей раз мы поговорим о массовом смартфоне, позиционируемом компанией в качестве решения среднего ценового диапазона.

При первом взгляде на технические характеристики становится заметно, что изготовитель оснастил Honor 5X не самой производительной платформой.

Для тестирования нам был предоставлен сэмпл "в пакетике", однако Honor 5X уже присутствует в продаже, поэтому ознакомиться с его полной комплектацией большого труда не составило. В "довесок" к аппарату покупатель получит небольшое зарядное устройство, USB-кабель, "скрепку" открытия лотков и… краткую инструкцию. Увы, больше ничего в наборе не предусмотрено.

Смартфон Honor 5X выглядит солидно и стильно, чему во многой степени способствуют немалые габариты, обусловленные диагональю дисплея и металлическая крышка, закрывающая большую часть задней панели.

Стоит отметить, что для лучшего визуального восприятия изготовитель пошел на "маленькие хитрости" - в частности, задняя панель Honor 5X имеет изогнутую форму, а углы корпуса немного скошены вовнутрь, поэтому рассматриваемый девайс кажется тоньше, чем на самом деле.

Вся лицевая поверхность Honor 5X традиционно отдана под дисплей, причем отдельных сенсорных "кнопок" не предусмотрено, есть лишь наэкранные. Если говорить о рамках, то, хотя они и довольно тонкие, хорошо заметны – светлая поверхность обрамления контрастирует с темным стеклом дисплея.

Аппаратных кнопок всего три – включения/выключения и "качелька" громкости. Отдельных органов управления для камеры или диктофона не предусмотрено.

Интересным решением выглядят выдвижные лотки – их два, причем компромисса искать не придется, так как для SIM-карт и карты памяти выделены отдельные разъемы.

Над дисплеем Honor 5X размещена решетка динамика, фронтальная камера, датчики приближения и освещенности. На обратной стороне – немного выпирающая и обрамленная серебристой рамкой основная камера, слева от которой размещена светодиодная вспышка. Прямо под объективом находится считыватель отпечатка пальцев – стоит признать, что подобный функционал чаше встречается у куда более дорогих моделей.

Еще одно грамотное решение – отверстия динамиков находятся на нижнем торце Honor 5X , поэтому звонок будет одинаково хорошо слышно при любом положении телефона.

Диагональ дисплея, выполненного по технологии IPS, составляет 5,5 дюймов при разрешении 1920 х 1080 точек. Естественно, ни к яркости изображения, ни к углам обзора придраться практически невозможно. Впрочем, многим может показаться, что цвета "холодноваты", впрочем, в арсенале настроек смартфона Honor 5X есть специальная утилита, позволяющая подстроить этот параметр под свои предпочтения.

Сенсор достаточно чувствительный, он способен обработать до 10 одновременных касаний. Изначально экран прикрыт пленкой, заботливо наклеенной еще на производстве, хотя, конечно, истинные гурманы могут от нее с легкостью избавится, дабы насладиться всеми прелестями олеофобного покрытия.

В качестве аппаратной платформы изготовитель решил использовать восьмиядерное решение Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939. При этом четыре основные ядра работают на частоте 1,5 ГГц, тогда как остальные довольствуются 1 ГГц. В "довесок" идут графический ускоритель Adreno 405, 2-Гбайт ОЗУ и 16 Гбайт ПЗУ, объем которой легко может быть расширен при помощи карты типа microSD.

Если говорить о производительности, то ее хватает на то, чтобы интерфейс работал без "тормозов", однако особо выдающихся результатов тут ожидать явно не приходится.

Зато в плане функциональности – все как у "больших". Есть и компас, и Глонасс, и даже сканер отпечатка пальцев, при помощи которого можно не только входить в систему, но и использовать его в качестве "кнопки" для камеры или выключения будильника.

Звук… Если слушать любимые композиции через хорошие наушники, все весьма неплохо, хотя, конечно, истинным аудиофилам такое не подойдет. Встроенные динамики отличаются хорошей громкостью, но о чистоте звучания тут говорить не приходится. Впрочем, в этом нет ничего удивительного – все таки, это смартфон, а не бумбокс.

В качестве операционной системы используется Android 5.1, "поверх" которого трудится фирменная оболочка EMUI 3.1. Пользоваться ей удобно, хотя я, лично, предпочитаю обходиться без лишних "наворотов".

Если вы любите фотографировать все, что происходит вокруг, скорее всего, камера Honor 5X понравится, особенно при хорошем освещении. Все четко и насыщенно, зум приближает, вспышка освещает, есть даже функция непрерывной съемки при удержании пиктограммы "спуска". В темное время суток ситуация несколько ухудшается, хотя и не особо критично. Запись видео возможна с разрешением FHD (1920х1080), 30 кадров в секунду. При этом картинка получается довольно плавной, да и к цветопередаче особых претензий не возникает.

Honor 6A входит в ту самую, многострадальную категорию смартфонов до 10 тысяч рублей, когда бюджет ограничен, но хочется современный аппарат. Чтобы умел делать всё тоже самое, что и флагман, со сканером отпечатков пальцев, с гарантией, чтобы приличный в целом. И всё это Honor 6A.

Суббренд Honor (принадлежит Huawei) — это уже практически синоним смартфонов с отличным соотношением цена/качества. Да, есть устройства чуточку интереснее (Xiaomi и если заказывать самому из Китая), но среди тех аппаратов, что продаются у нас официально «онорам» (или как у нас некоторые называют «хонорам») просто нет равных. Конкуренты либо дороже, либо без сканера отпечатков пальцев, либо из пластика, либо ещё с каким-нибудь компромиссом.

Дизайн

Пропустил раздел про комплектацию, ибо особо там говорить не о чём. Смартфон, кабель, зарядка, скрепка для извлечения SIM-карт — стандартный набор любого бюджетника, которым, впрочем, наш герой и является.

Главный акцент в дизайне на материалах корпуса. Honor гордится тем, что аппарат получил металлический корпус. Не целиковый, частично.

Спереди защитное стекло. Мне не очень понравилось, что оно плоское, с небольшим пластиковым бортиком по периметру, но это не так уж и критично.

Сенсорных кнопок на корпусе нет — они являются частью системы. Это одновременно и плюс, и минус. Положительное в том, что смартфон очень удобно держать в горизонтальной ориентации. Отрицательное виртуальные кнопки отъедают полезную площадь экрана. Да, они скрываются при просмотре видео и в играх, однако в Галереи почему-то упорно не хотят никуда исчезать. Вот они мы и фиг ты с этим что-либо сделаешь — такая у них гражданская позиция.

Снизу у нас симметричная перфорация под микрофон (слева от порт Micro USB) и динамик (справа). Про спикер расскажу позже.

Спинка напоминает аппараты Xiaomi — такое расположение элементов: круглый глазок камеры вверху, под ним такой же по размерам сканер отпечатков пальцев. Датчик, к слову, работает шустро и без ошибок — не часто встретишь настолько отзывчивый сенсор в бюджетном аппарате.

А ещё при помощи сканера можно управлять различными действиями. Например, провёл пальцем вниз — опустил шторку уведомлений, но самое удобное — делать себяшки при помощи прикосновений к сенсору. Отличная вещь, которую Honor давно взял на вооружение.

В природе встречаются и более компактные смартфоны с экраном в 5 дюймов, но 6A всё равно в руке лежит хорошо. Любителям чего поменьше, придётся по вкусу.

Дисплей

Смартфон прямо на заводе получает защитную плёнку на экран. Она весьма качественная и никакой продавец из «Евросети» вам её так не наклеит. Отсюда вполне закономерная рекомендация — не отрывать её до поры до времени.

А ещё одна причина, по которой не стоит избавляться от плёнки — под ней нет олеофобного покрытия. У экрана вообще отсутствует какое-либо противодействующее отпечаткам покрытие, всё как в смартфонах 2008-ого года. Я отодрал в виду того, что тест аппарата в плёнке — не тест вовсе. Да и природное любопытство сыграло. Теперь жалею.

В остальном экран вполне качественный. Для такой диагонали (5 дюймов) разрешения в 1280 x 720 точек более чем достаточно.

Углы обзора хорошие, что предсказуемо, ибо у нас тут IPS-матрица. Она слегка туманит цвета только под экстремальным наклоном. Однако кому взбредёт в голову смотреть на девайс под такими углами?

На официальном сайте я нашёл ошибочку в спецификациях — частота у процессора 1,4 ГГц, а не 1,5 ГГц. Остальное всё верно.

Из нюансов.

2 ГБ оперативной памяти — это, конечно, печаль.

430-ый «дракон» вкупе с всегда отлично оптимизированной оболочкой EMUI — это, конечно, здорово, но в 2 «гига» оперативки всё-таки дают о себе знать.

Смартфон подтормаживает, иногда с запозданием реагирует на прикосновения к сенсорным клавишам. Думаю, эти моменты ещё поправят в следующих обновлениях, но пока есть то, что есть.

4K-ролики стандартными средствами не открыть, однако сторонние плееры справляются с этой задачей. Правда, идеальной плавности воспроизведения всё-таки нет. Смотреть можно, но малозначительные фризы иногда проскакивают.

В игры поиграть на смартфоне можно. Например, популярные «Танки» на низких настройках летают на максимальной частоте в 60 FPS. Переключаем графику на среднее значение и получаем более прорисованный мир, но и слегка упавшую частоту до 50 кадров в секунду. В общем, World of Tanks Blitz идёт даже на высоких параметрах графики. Это удивительно.

Камеры

Забегая вперёд, скажу, что качество снимков с обоих модулей меня удивило. А теперь подробнее.

Фронтальная камера на 5 мегапикселей. Светосила объектива составляет f/2.2 — вполне себе прилично для бюджетника.

Но самое интересное — это уровень фотографий. Если освещения достаточно, то селфи получаются отличными. Да, могут быть пересветы, поэтому с этим аккуратнее. Самое главное, что снимки получаются чёткими, с хорошей детализацией.

Если света недостаточно, то автопортрет может поплыть. С этим аккуратнее, ибо во время пасмурной погоды (впереди у нас 8 месяцев таковой) нужно делать по 3-4 снимка за раз. На всякий пожарный.

Основная камера на 13 мегапикселей. 5-линзовый объектив может похвастаться светосилой f/2.2. Далеко не рекорд, ибо недавно анонсированный получил очень светлое стекло f/1.6. Но это флагман за 800 с лишним баксов, а Honor 6A — совсем не такой. Тем не менее, он тоже кое-что может.

В самом начале я сказал, что был удивлён. И удивление это положительное.

Смартфон делает отличные фотографии для своей ценовой категории.

Снимки с очень хорошей детализацией, не плывут по краям, даже экспозицию автоматика выбирает в большинстве случаев верно. Да, один раз она сошла с ума и фото получилось таким.

Виной тому неправильное определение баланса белого, которое иногда шалит — в данном случая я попытался сфокусироваться на ёлках.

Аппарат умеет снимать видео с разрешением Full HD и при 30 кадрах в секунду. Делает он это нормально, а большего от него да за такую цену и не требуется.

Время автономной работы

Железо у нашего героя не самое прожорливое, а батарея на 3 020 мАч — это более чем достаточно для нормальной автономности. Короче говоря, смартфон спокойной живёт на одном заряде два полных дня при нормальном использовании.

Заряжать девайс каждый день не нужно и это очень хороший результат.

Качество звука

Можно ли использовать Honor 6A в качестве плеера? А почему нет? Качество звучания в наушниках хорошее. Да, без изысков, но 90% пользователей устроит, я себя отношу к этому же числу. Слышал звук, конечно, и поинтереснее, но качество, которое предложил 6A, мои уши точно не оскорбились.

Мультимедийный динамик (тут один, повторюсь) средний по громкости, зато весьма качественный. Никаких посторонних скрипов, заиканий и прочего криминала.

Итог

Смартфон Honor 6A мне понравился. Смартфон стоит 8 990 рублей и за эту цену у него есть два крутых достоинства. Во-первых, очень хорошо снимают камеры. Обе! Фронтальная делает селфи с отличной детализацией, основная может порадовать тем же самым. Да, иногда они косячат и промахиваются с экспозицией, фокусом, однако это вопрос прямых рук и хорошего освещения.

Второе — время автономной работы. Смартфон не надо заряжать каждый день — двое суток нормального использования владельцам гарантированы. В современных реалиях это отличный результат.

В качестве бонуса идёт очень чуткий сканер отпечатков пальцев и немного металла в корпусе. А ещё на девайсе можно играть в современные 3D-игрушки. Не знаю как, но смартфон с ними справляется.

Не понравилось две вещи. Плохая оптимизация, что не характерно для фирменной оболочки EMUI. Надеюсь, её доведут до ума в последующих обновлениях прошивки.

Второе — плоский экран. С 2016 года у нас идёт активное засилье изогнутых по краям стёкол и, надо признать, смартфоны с ними смотрятся действительно здорово. К сожалению, Honor 6A эту фишку не получил.

Если эти моменты не смущают, то смартфон можно брать. В официальной рознице у Honor опять нет конкурентов.
